Refining Fields and Encouraging Entry
One of the key challenges in creating Youtil's data fields was the balance between data collection and creating too high a barrier of entry. Our solution was to gap collection points. Two to three key data points were collected to create an account, and the rest was filled in as clients accessed different functions.
